DR. Timothy Price

HIV Specialist, Internal Medicine, Primary Care

A native of Atlanta, Dr. Price received his medical degree with highest honors from the Medical College of Georgia. He continued his medical training at George Washington University Medical Center where he completed both an internal medicine residency and infectious diseases fellowship. Dr. Price has over 30 years experience providing state of the art HIV care. He also has extensive knowledge in all aspects of internal medicine and primary care, with a particular interest in  LGBTQ+ and men’s health care.  A Washingtonian Magazine Top Doctor, Dr. Price established Price Medical in 1997.

DR. Bryan Senisi

 Internal Medicine,  LGBTQ+, HIV and Primary Care

A native of Florida, Dr. Senisi  has had a long-standing interest in providing health care to the LGBTQ+ community. Before joining Price Medical/WHI in December 2020, he was a practicing internist and primary care physician at Kaiser Permanente in Washington. DC.  He completed HIV/LGBTQ+ clinical training at Whitman Walker Health while finishing his internal medicine residency at The George Washington University Medical Center in 2017. Dr. Senisi graduated from University of Central Florida with a BS degree in molecular and microbiology. He earned his medical degree at Midwestern University Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Senisi  is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Dr. Benjamin Stearn

HIV Specialist, Internal Medicine, Primary Care

Dr. Stearn has been at the forefront of Internal Medicine, HIV and LGBTQ+ care, and anal dysplasia treatment in the Dupont Circle neighborhood for more than 25 years. The medical director at Dupont Circle Physicians Group, he joined Price Medical/WHI in October, 2025. Dr. Stearn graduated from the University of Colorado, School of Medicine; completing his residency in Internal Medicine at George Washington University Medical Center. He then spent a year at the NIH AIDS Clinical Trials Unit, and another year at the Georgetown University Infectious Diseases Clinic; ultimately joining Dupont Circle Physicians Group. A Washingtonian "Top Doctor", he is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and has been credentialed by the American Academy of HIV Medicine.

DR. bennett hailey

Family Medicine, LGBTQ+, HIV and Primary Care

Dr. Hailey has been a part of Price Medical/WHI since October, 2025 when Dupont Circle Physicians Group joined our practice. Dr. Hailey has a wealth of experience. From 2018 to 2025, he used his expertise at both Dupont Circle Physicians Group and Ochsner Center for Primary Care and Wellness in Louisiana to care for all aspects of internal medicine and adult primary care. He has a special interest in LGBTQ+ health. A native of Louisiana, Dr. Hailey received both his undergraduate and medical degrees from Louisiana State University. He continued his medical training at East Jefferson General Hospital specializing in Family Medicine. Dr. Hailey is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. 

michael wilmore, PA-c

A native of Louisiana, Michael Wilmore, PA-C received his Bachelor's degree from Louisiana Tech University and his Physician Assistant degree from Louisiana State University Medical Center.  He earned his Master of Physician Assistant Studies with a focus on primary care from the University of Nebraska College of Medicine.  After four years in family practice in central Louisiana, Michael moved to Washington where he joined the health care community at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, treating Service members with traumatic brain injury and related psychological health conditions. Having a passion for international medical relief work, he has traveled extensively treating patients in India, Southeast Asia, Latin America, and North Africa.

Jesse Borges, DNP

Primary, LGBTQ+ and HIV Care

Jesse Borges, DNP is a doctorate nurse practitioner who brings a wealth of public health and advanced nursing experience. Prior to joining WHI in 2025, he served as a Senior Public Health Advisor for the federal government, working on a number of humanitarian missions in Latin America, Africa, and Asia.

Jesse received his Doctorate in Nursing from Duke University where he also received his Masters in Nursing in Adult Gerontology Primary Care. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Health and Medical Policy from George Mason University and Bachelor’s Degrees in Nursing and International Health, both from Georgetown University. Mr. Borges has a Certificate in HIV Care and Treatment from Duke University and is Board Certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Doctorate Nurse Practitioner.
