FAQs: Former Dupont Physicians Patients
Why did Dupont Circle Physicians Group join Price Medical/WHI? To better serve you! By joining forces we are Washington DC's Premiere LGBTQ+ Healthcare. Both medical offices have been leading medical providers in the Dupont Circle neighborhood for more than 30 years. Offering expertise in all aspects of internal medicine and primary care with a specific interest in caring for the LGBTQ+ community. Expertise in HIV treatment, PrEP, anal dysplasia, sexual health, aesthetics and more.
Will I still see my doctors, Dr. Stearn and Dr. Hailey? Yes, of course! Dr. Stearn and Dr. Hailey join the current Price Medical providers - Dr. Price, Dr. Senisi, Michael Wilmore PA-C and Jesse Borges, DNP. If Dr. Stearn or Dr. Hailey are out of the office or you have an urgent matter, you will have the option of seeing any of the medical providers. Please note: Dr. Porter did not join the Price Medical/WHI practice.
Did my medical records transfer? Yes, but no two electronic health record systems are compatible. So the integration will not be seamless. Please bear with us as we transfer information from one system to the other.
Do you take my insurance? Yes, if your insurance was accepted at Dupont Circle Physicians Group, it is accepted at Price Medical/WHI with no change in your out of pocket expense.
Where is the office located? Price Medical/WHI is located one block south of Dupont Circle at 1330 New Hampshire Avenue NW (at the intersection of 20th and O St NW) Suite 121 of the Apolline Condominium building. Our office is on the first floor to the left as you enter the building. If the receptionist is not at the desk, use the call box to access Price Medical and we will buzz you into the building.
Is there parking? No. Unfortunately there is no off-street parking available except at paid parking garages nearby. There are two garages relatively close on 20th St NW between M and O Streets. Street parking is very difficult so give yourself plenty of time. We do not want you to miss your appointment.
How about Metro? Metro access is very easy. Red Line to Dupont Circle south exit. Then a three minute walk to our front door.
What are your hours? We see patients Monday-Thursday 8:30 am to 5 pm and Friday from 8:30 am to 1 pm. Telephone hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm daily except Friday when we close at 4 pm.
Can I schedule my appointments on-line? No, Price Medical/WHI does not offer on-line or portal scheduling. Call the office 202-463-0220 to schedule an appointment.
What if I already had a scheduled appointment at Dupont Physicians Group, will that appointment still be one the books? Yes, BUT we may need to change the time slightly on the date of your visit. Dr. Stearn and Dr. Hailey are learning a new electronic medical records system and they are not quite as fast as usual. So watch for text messages, emails and phone calls telling you when your new appointment time is. Please do not simply assume your appointment has not been changed. Call the office and confirm if you have not heard one way or the other and we will be glad to confirm the time of your appointment. Also please complete and return the patient registration information that will be sent to you by email before your appointment. Thanks for your understanding.
Do you have a patient portal? Yes, our portal is Healow. Available both as an app and on-line. However, you must first be added to the Price Medical/WHI system before you can create an account. Most patients have been added into the system as of 10/17/2025, but there are still some that have not (we are working on it!). If you have been added to our system simply go to the “Patient Portal” tab on this website. Important - our practice code is ADDGCD. You will need this code to complete the portal access process. If you try to log in and it fails please email info@pricemedical.com with your full name, date of birth, email, and phone with the subject line "Portal Access". You will be notified by return email within one business day that you have been added to our system. Then follow the above instructions. We strongly encourage you to establish portal access.
What lab do you use? We use Labcorp and are able to draw your blood right in our office.
How do I transfer my care if I don't want to become a patient at Price Medical/WHI? While we would hate to see you go, simply click here for a medical records transfer form. Complete and sign the form then email or fax to our office. We will then forward your records to either you or your new medical provider, your choice.
What if I have an after-hours emergency or urgent matter? For life threatening conditions, call 911 or go to your nearest hospital emergency room. For matters that can wait for up to several hours for a return phone call, call the office phone and use the "emergency prompts."
